IGH Security Officers
In the case of high-rise buildings, more specialized agents (IGH) are provided for emergency response in the event of a disaster. They also provide the technical interface with EDF-GDF.
ERP Security Officers
In the case of shopping centers or stores, more specialized agents (ERP) are provided for emergency response in the event of a disaster. They also provide the technical interface with EDF-GDF.

Mobile Security Officer

His job is also to intervene to carry out a doubt in the framework of remote security missions, to detect the origin of the alarm, to prevent or warn the services or persons concerned, to carry out the appropriate safeguarding actions. And ensure the continuity of the protection of the site, to report on its mission.

Fire Safety
Chez M2KM, un agent de sécurité incendie certifié est un agent de sécurité chargé de la prévention incendie dans un établissement répertorié exigeant l’intervention des secours extérieurs avec des moyens adaptés. Les bâtiments concernés sont les établissements recevant du public (ERP) et les immeubles de grande hauteur (IGH) ainsi que les sites industriels. L’arrêté du 2 mai 2005 a remplacé les agents ERP et IGH en SSIAP 1, 2 et 3 (Service de sécurité incendie et d’assistance aux personnes). Ses principales missions consistent à effectuer des rondes techniques et préventives, à veiller au respect de la réglementation ainsi qu’au bon fonctionnement et à l’entretien du matériel et des moyens de secours, à recenser les dysfonctionnements identifiés, à participer aux interventions sanitaires et de lutte contre l’incendie.
Nos équipes de sécurité incendie jouent un rôle primordial pour prévenir au quotidien le risque incendie, par exemple en encadrant les exercices d’évacuation ou en sensibilisant les résidents (salariés, commerçants…) aux règles de sécurité incendie (maniement et information sur les moyens de premier secours ainsi que sur les consignes de sécurité incendie). Et si le feu survient, elles assurent une interface professionnelle et efficace avec les pompiers.

Security audit
The security audit can be performed for different purposes :
